40.1.1.1 To attend patient and patients grievance.
40.1.1.2 To attend patient or relative with quires regarding treatment, nature of disease, his investigations or its results
40.1.1.3 To check completion of rounds by consultants
40.1.1.4 To check number of admission and completion of admission on time (completion of paper work, sending of investigation, starting of treatment and informing of consultant)
40.1.1.5 To check discharges and readiness of discharge cards
40.1.1.6 Completion of documents as per SOPS.
40.1.1.7 Check MLC cases.
40.1.1.8 To clear quires regarding investigations a.
40.1.1.9 Co-ordinate with patient, consultants and hospital administration if any investigations advised that is not available in our hospital like PET scan etc.
