Job Description

Role & responsibilities Looking for Technical scrum master/ Scrum master/ Technical project manager who can do coding as well. (50% Coding and 50% Project Management acitivity). Tech stack (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Mysql). Help the team in effectively analyzing the specs when they are first received, ensure they are complete and, if not, proper resolution of queries is obtained from BAs as soon as possible. Consistently improve the speed and quality of deliverables by providing expert guidance to the team. Devise proper training plan for new resources based on their intended line of work. Understand the team dynamics and be on the constant lookout for process improvements and improved coordination with onsite. Hands on technical delivery experience will be very useful. Preferred candidate profile: Currently handingling scrum master project manager along with coding in java. Expereince: 10 to 20 Years.
