Role & responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and experienced Caf Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff scheduling, inventory, and uphold hygiene and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for creating a welcoming and efficient caf environment. Greeting customers politely and provide excellent customer service. Manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, full interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance. Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling and additionally serving of all food beverage products to make sure correct recipe, portion and additionally specification Standards. Act as support system for all areas of the Cafe & generate all reports. Organize direct training programs within the Cafe. Ensure highest quality levels of products hospitality. Boost the cake counter sales by suggesting variety of delectable cakes to the walk-in customers according to their needs. Work closely with other staff and support them in peak hours to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience. Preferred candidate profile

Job Summary: The Senior Order Taker plays a crucial role in managing the customer ordering experience by ensuring accurate, friendly, and efficient service at the counter. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities to guide and support junior order takers during busy hours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service SOPs. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, and upsell promotions or combos. Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen using POS systems or manual processes. Double-check orders before delivery to ensure correctness and presentation. Train, guide, and supervise junior order takers during peak periods. Handle billing, payment collection, and maintain cash register reports. Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, or special requests. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter and service area. Monitor stock of order-related materials (disposables, menus, billing rolls). Coordinate with the kitchen team to manage wait times and customer flow. Follow grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards consistently. Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience in a customer-facing F&B role. Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems. Fluent in [English / Local Language]; confident in speech and body language. Ability to multitask and stay calm during rush hours. Team player with leadership and training capability.
