Logistics Trainer

Job Summary:

The Logistics Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in logistics, supply chain management, and related areas. This role combines theoretical teaching with practical, industry-aligned training. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules on logistics, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions using modern tools.
• Provide practical training and case studies to help students apply concepts in real-world scenarios.
• Assess students’ progress through assignments, practical evaluations, and examinations.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support students with career advice and guidance in logistics-related career paths.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CILT, SCPro) are a plus.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Prior teaching or training experience, preferably in an academic or corporate training environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics systems, ERP software, inventory tools, and transportation management systems.
