Logistics Project Lead

As a Project Lead - Logistics at Hitech Digital Solutions in Ahmedabad, you will play a pivotal role in leading the BPM function for logistics process operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the logistics BPM function, guiding the team to achieve client-defined goals and internal performance metrics. - Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their priorities into clear, actionable tasks for the operations team. - Identifying and implementing process efficiencies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and scale operations. - Monitoring and improving team productivity, utilization, and quality metrics through data-driven insights and coaching. - Designing and driving systematic approaches to support scalable and repeatable workflows across growing functions. - Fostering collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on SLAs, deliverables, and quality benchmarks. - Building process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management systems for enhanced team onboarding and sustainability. Your technical skills will be crucial in this role, including proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM), logistics & supply chain knowledge, data analysis & reporting, process improvement methodologies, workflow design, and SOP documentation. Your human skills, such as leadership & team management, effective communication, analytical thinking, flexibility & adaptability, and being proactive & quick learner, will also be essential for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of Business Process Management (BPM) experience. - 2-3 years of logistics, supply chain, or freight operations experience (preferred). - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and client relationships. - Strong understanding of BPM tools and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). - Experience in improving utilization, productivity, and operational quality. - Strategic thinking abilities with hands-on skills to build and refine operational frameworks. - Comfort working in remote/hybrid environments aligned to EST shift timing.
