Logistics Project Lead

As a Project Lead - Logistics at Hitech Digital Solutions in Ahmedabad, working from the office in Prahalad Nagar during the shift timings of 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, you will play a crucial role in leading the logistics BPM function to drive continuous improvement and align team performance with client expectations. You will be responsible for guiding the team towards achieving client-defined goals and internal performance metrics, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying and implementing process efficiencies, monitoring and improving team productivity, and designing systematic approaches to support scalable workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the logistics BPM function, guiding the team to achieve client-defined goals and internal performance metrics - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their priorities into clear, actionable tasks for the operations team - Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve throughput, reduce waste, and scale operations - Monitor and improve team productivity, utilization, and quality metrics through data-driven insights and coaching - Design and drive systematic approaches to support scalable and repeatable workflows - Foster collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on SLAs, deliverables, and quality benchmarks - Build process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management systems for enhanced team onboarding and sustainability **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of Business Process Management (BPM) experience - 2-3 years of logistics, supply chain, or freight operations experience (preferred) - Proven leadership experience in managing teams and client relationships - Strong understanding of BPM tools and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) - Experience in improving utilization, productivity, and operational quality - Comfortable working in remote/hybrid environments aligned to EST shift timing At Hitech Digital Solutions, you can expect a compensation package commensurate with your experience, including a competitive base salary plus bonus.
