Logistics Management - Coordinator - Male

As a Logistics Management Coordinator at Vaighai Agro Products Limited, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of coco peat raw materials and finished products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance with quality standards. In this role, you will be tasked with coordinating the receipt of raw materials such as coconut husks, fiber, and coco peat blocks. It will be your responsibility to inspect incoming materials for quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, updating inventory databases, and working closely with suppliers and transporters for timely delivery will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be expected to organize warehouse space for the proper storage of raw materials. On the outbound side, you will be required to plan and oversee the dispatch of finished coco peat products to customers. This will involve ensuring that packaging and labeling comply with shipping and customer requirements. You will also need to coordinate with logistics partners to facilitate timely and cost-effective deliveries, as well as prepare necessary shipping documents like bills of lading, invoices, and export documentation. Tracking shipments and resolving any delivery-related issues will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should ideally have experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in the coco peat or agriculture industry. Strong organizational and communication skills will be essential as you coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers. Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management, along with proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), will also be advantageous. An understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements, particularly for international shipping, will further strengthen your candidacy.
