Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers and sending loads.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and generate regular reports.
• Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or losses.
• Border Clearance and taking care for email updates.
• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to fulfill operational needs.
• Assist in optimizing logistics procedures and reducing costs without compromising quality or service.
• Multitasking ability with good communication skills required.
