1. Completes and tracks expense reports, invoices, and purchase requisitions
2. Provides communications support and alignment activities for business leadership using multiple channels, including distribution of business unit notifications.
3. Interacts with internal department team members, executive management, senior management, and external vendors
4. Handle all activities
5. Follow up the material loading and unloading
6. coordinate with clients and drivers for material dispatching
7. Collect details of vehicle loading and unloading material
8. Handle vehicle outstation, local pricing and allotments
9. Prepare daily report and entries
