About the Role

• Assist with day-to-day operations related to transport and fleet management.
• Prepare and maintain transportation and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track and monitor fleet movements and optimize delivery routes.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols for vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation costs and fuel consumption.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency.
• Assist with warehouse operations tasks as needed (e.g., inventory management).
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle operational and supply chain responsibilities.
  

Skills Required

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of transport and logistics concepts is a plus.
