We are a leading casting exporter in India and current position for our corporate office at Mudalipalayam Privu, Coimbatore. Currently we are looking FEMALE candidate for a position of Logistics Executive who can act as a single point of contact for Logistics handling.

Designation : Logistics Executive

Experience : 3 - 6

Education : Any Graduation / Degree / Diploma

Age : Below 35 years

Experience Required:

• Experience in handling Freight forwarders
• Experience in handling Export and local shipments
• Experience in handling local transporter

Job Description:

• One point Logistics Handling
• Follow System and complete the Tasks on time
• Track the shipments with the updates from freight forwarders
• Update the records on time with the datas such as Shipment information, ETA, current issues etc
• Handle local transporters in amicable way
• Prepare Shipping documents
• Handle assigned freight forwarders in amicable way
• Verify and process invoices of transporters and Freight forwarders.

Skills & Traits:

• English Communication (Written & Oral)
• Computer Knowledge (MS outlook, MS office, PPT)
• Systematic, Trust, Confident, Flexible, Enthusiastic, Aggressive, Being organized, Team Player, Continuous improvement, Timeliness and Involvement.
