Job Description: Manage the export logistics of finished paper cup, paper stick, and paper bag products to international markets. Coordinate with internal teams (production, sales, and customer service) to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods. Prepare and verify all export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and export declarations. Collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to select the most efficient and cost-effective transport options. Track and monitor the progress of export shipments, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition. Oversee the import logistics of finished goods from the parent company, ensuring smooth transportation to the local manufacturing facility. Coordinate with the parent companys logistics department to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Manage import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and other required paperwork. Work with customs brokers and authorities to ensure proper clearance of imported goods, and resolve any issues with customs or delivery delays. Track imported shipments and monitor their progress to ensure timely delivery and receipt. Ensure compliance with all relevant export and import regulations, including local and international customs laws, tariffs, and trade agreements. Manage relationships with external logistics providers, including freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers. Negotiate favourable rates and contracts with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and improve service levels. Work closely with Stores teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of both exported and imported finished goods. Ensure proper labelling and packaging of goods for both export and import to prevent damage and comply with international shipping standards. Monitor and control logistics costs to ensure efficient use of resources and optimize budget. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Address and resolve issues related to shipping delays, customs clearance, or damages, ensuring customer satisfaction.
