Logistics Coordinator

• To maintain all related files and folders in updated conditions.
• Maintain a database of Order-Execution, Delivery Challan, Billing & Sales Return, etc. and reporting to the management
• Maintenance of Inward & outward (Stock) record
• Handling Customer Calls, Shipment Tracking with courier company, updating the records, Stock Reconciliation
• You will support the Logistics department & perform all tasks pertaining to Boston Scientific
• Co-ordination with vendors related to all purchase
• Monthly preparation of stock & sales statement for all principal companies
• Tracking of order till the product is delivered to the customers.
• Preparing purchase orders & sales quotation/sale bills.
• Co-ordination with Sales Executive from various states.
• Attending inquiries of customers
• You will support the Logistics department and perform all tasks given by the Manager.
• Co-ordination with Branch Offices Stock updates
• Handle all assignments as given by the Head of the Department
• Payment follow-up, writing letters and following –up with clients.
• Handling client call every day.
• You will support the Logistics department and perform all tasks given by the manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
