They are responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and resolving logistical issues. Tracking the status of shipments, resolving delivery discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. Preparing shipping documents, such as invoices and packing lists, for outgoing shipments. Resolving logistical issues, such as lost or damaged shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
