Logistics Assistant

The responsibilities of this role include planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the procurement process, commodity transport, and warehousing. You will be responsible for monitoring the receipt of reports/documentation on the status and disposition of commodities from the point of origin to end use, ensuring security, and managing other logistics efficiently. You will be part of the Wholesale Merchandising department and the project location will be in Anand, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Commerce field. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound, outbound, and third-party logistics, overseeing Road, Sea, and Airline freight timely, assembling merchandise, managing inventory stock levels, and handling data entry effectively. The key skills required for this role are proven experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel, strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to work within strict deadlines.
