Job Title: Junior Logistics Executive

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Executive to support day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing inventory, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and warehouse functions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of logistics, be highly organized, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced FMCG and e-commerce logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Logistics Support & Coordination:

• Assist in managing daily logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Help maintain transportation and distribution schedules for efficiency.

2. Inventory & Warehouse Assistance:

• Support inventory tracking across warehouses to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Collaborate with teams to update and maintain inventory records accurately.

3. Process Optimization & Reporting:

• Identify minor operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Help in cost-saving initiatives while maintaining efficiency.
• Prepare and update daily logistics reports on delivery timelines and stock movements.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders and deliveries.
• Assist in managing vendor and supplier communication for timely shipments.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, delivery receipts, and warehouse transactions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes, transportation, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with logistics software, ERP (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with different teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
