Logistics and Supply Chain Executive

As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of new warehouses and ensuring compliance with standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, storage, and dispatch. - Collaborating with partners/vendors to integrate logistics systems effectively. - Maintaining documentation and streamlining partner communication for efficient operations. - Overseeing the complete order lifecycle from placement to delivery. - Ensuring accurate order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch. - Addressing customer complaints and delivery issues promptly. - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fulfillment rates, lead times, costs, and accuracy. - Generating reports to recommend supply chain improvements. - Liaising with procurement, sales, customer service, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations. - Maintaining updated records and sharing status updates with stakeholders.
