Job Description

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and warehouse staff. Your primary duties will include tracking delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining shipping and receiving records, and assisting with inventory management and reconciliation. You will be the main point of contact for internal teams and external partners, providing regular updates on order status, delays, or any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation such as packing lists, customs forms, and bills of lading, as well as issuing accurate customer invoices in a timely manner. In this role, attention to detail is key as you will be verifying billing data, including quantities shipped, pricing, and applicable taxes or discounts, and maintaining organized and accurate billing records. You will also support monthly closing processes and generate billing reports as needed to ensure smooth operations. This position requires fluency in English and the ability to work in person at the designated work location. Job types include full-time, permanent, fresher, and volunteer opportunities.,
