As a Freight Broker, you will be joining a team dedicated to facilitating the smooth management of shipments for US-based clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Connecting shippers with carriers - Ensuring timely delivery of goods - Negotiating prices - Tracking shipments - Addressing any transportation issues that may arise Your duties will involve collaborating with US companies, negotiating shipping rates, monitoring deliveries for punctual arrival, troubleshooting delays or complications, and keeping clients informed about their deliveries. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 1 year of experience in freight and logistics - A graduate or undergraduate qualification - Effective communication and negotiation skills You must be prepared to work in US shifts.
