Role Description

We are seeking a Logical & Verbal Ability Trainer for a full-time on-site role based in Tirupati. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions focused on logical reasoning and verbal abilities for students. Responsibilities include creating customized lesson plans, conducting interactive workshops, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methodologies to diverse learner needs. The trainer will play a vital role in preparing students for placements in leading tech organizations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Logical Reasoning, Problem-Solving Techniques, and Quantitative Aptitude
• Strong command of English, Verbal Ability, and Communication Skills
• Experience in delivering engaging presentations, conducting workshops, and training sessions
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; specialized degrees in Education or Training are a plus
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator is desirable
