Job Description

The Lodge Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operations, and guest experience of the lodge. The role ensures smooth daily functioning, high service standards, safety compliance, and effective staff supervision to maintain a welcoming and well-managed environment. Minimum 2 years of experience is mandatory.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or relevant field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lodge or hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of facility management, housekeeping standards, and hospitality software.
