Locum Doctor - MBBS

As a qualified MBBS doctor based in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical consultations at a primary health center through in-person visits and teleconsultations. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing illnesses, administering treatments following standard protocols, offering counseling, making referrals when necessary, and evaluating patients for appropriate medical care. It will be essential for you to explain procedures and treatment plans clearly to patients while maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times. In addition to your clinical duties, you will be expected to keep abreast of medical developments, treatments, and medications, documenting patient evaluations, treatments, and transactions as per company policies. You will also engage in online consultations with patients through voice/video/chat platforms and assist in organizing health camps within the community or corporate settings as required. To be successful in this role, you must meet certain requirements. You should hold an MBBS qualification, have a minimum of 1 year of post-internship experience, and be registered with the MCI or state medical council. Fluency in multiple languages including Hindi, Kannada, English, Telugu, and Tamil is preferred, with conversational Kannada skills being necessary. You should be comfortable working split shifts from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM and possess excellent communication and listening skills.
