Location Services Manager

As an Enterprise Support Services Manager at RSM, you will be responsible for managing a team that oversees Location Services for the assigned location(s). Your role will involve ensuring the overall building environment, appearance, and safety of employees are maintained, along with managing the general operations of the workspace including equipment, supplies, and support services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day ESS projects and tasks within specific location(s) to ensure quality work and consistent support - Provide supervision, guidance, development, and training for the ESS team at the location(s) - Coordinate with other managers to manage resources and workflow efficiently - Serve as an escalation point of contact for service requests and communicate with internal clients - Monitor schedules, resources, and project risks/issues to ensure timely delivery and quality service - Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, ICS, and ESS teams to align business needs - Contribute to process improvement through technology, reporting, and data analysis - Cultivate a culture of growth and inclusivity to enhance employee engagement and retention - Provide leadership, feedback, and development opportunities for team members - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - 5-7 years of relevant experience in a related field - 3+ years of management experience - Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to influence and impact a diverse population - Leadership skills to respond positively to change and lead and motivate a team effectively - Collaborative approach to working with peers across the enterprise At RSM, we value our people and offer a competitive benefits and compensation package.
