Location Head

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra and Delhi

CTC: Up to 14,00,000 per annum

Experience: 6 years in Home Loan/Mortgage sales, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Location Head to lead the Home Loan Sales function for our Aurangabad and Delhi branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team, and ensuring seamless operations in alignment with the company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Home Loan Sales vertical for the Aurangabad and Delhi location

Achieve disbursement targets through DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team and field executives

Develop and manage channel partner relationships (builders, DSA, connectors)

Ensure compliance, credit quality, and customer satisfaction in all sales processes

Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing

Monitor market trends, competition, and local business development opportunities

Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions

Track productivity and performance metrics of the team

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales

Strong team management and leadership skills

Good network with local builders, DSAs, and real estate ecosystem in Aurangabad

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

Strong understanding of housing finance products, credit norms, and compliance

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in home loan sales
