Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and socially active Local WhatsApp Group Promoter to help grow our presence and engagement within community WhatsApp groups. The role involves sharing product/service information, promotional offers, and updates to targeted local or interest-based groups. This is an excellent opportunity for students, freshers, or part-time professionals who are active on social media and WhatsApp and want to earn while building real-world marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Join or engage with relevant local WhatsApp groups based on categories like housing, jobs, buy-sell, tuition, or local services.
• Share pre-approved promotional content, offers, product listings, and business updates.
• Ensure respectful, non-spammy promotion in line with group rules and etiquettes.
• Build and maintain a basic database of group links, categories, and engagement metrics.
• Respond to inquiries or forward interested leads to the concerned sales or support team.
• Help increase visibility, reach, and awareness of brand offerings at a hyperlocal level.
• Report daily/weekly activity including groups covered, posts shared, and responses received.

Skills and Qualifications

• No prior experience required—training will be provided.
• Must be active on WhatsApp and familiar with group settings and functions.
• Good written communication in local language(s) and basic English.
• Reliable smartphone and internet access.
• Ability to manage multiple groups and maintain polite, consistent interaction.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and respectful in public group communication.
• Preferred: Local knowledge or community connection (e.g., student groups, housing societies, area-specific groups).
