Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Medical Officer (MO) at various Sub-Divisional Hospitals (SDH) and Community Health Centers (CHC) at PPP dialysis units in Odisha. The role is based in Khurda. The Medical Officer will oversee dialysis unit operations, conduct patient evaluations, monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal care delivery. The responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with medical protocols, managing medical emergencies, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a valid medical license to practice
• Proficiency in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment management
• Knowledge of dialysis procedures and kidney care, with hands-on experience being an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Problem-solving abilities, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work on-site in Khurda and provide dedicated patient care
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
