Role Overview

We are seeking a tall, well-groomed, and confident Lobby Hostess with a background in the healthcare or wellness industry. As the first face of HuHaHo, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, calming, and premium experience for every guest. Your presence will set the tone for the healing journey that begins the moment they step in.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, grace, and professionalism.
• Assist visitors in understanding services, guiding them to the right areas or experts.
• Coordinate with the wellness team to manage appointments and flow.
• Ensure the reception and lounge areas are clean, calm, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle queries and guide clients in a calm and informative manner.
• Offer tea, water, or comfort to clients waiting, with a touch of hospitality.
• Support wellness events, workshops, and special programs when required.

Requirements

• Tall, elegant, and well-presented, with a calm and confident personality.
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness centres, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Patient, attentive, and emotionally intelligent.
• Able to maintain confidentiality in a premium client environment.
