Loan Syndication & CAPEX Finance Manager

As an experienced Project Finance & Loan Management professional with expertise in credit analysis, loan syndication, and disbursement, you have the opportunity to join a global leader in renewable energy as a Loan & Project Finance Manager in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will collaborate with U.S.-based banks, C-suite executives, CFO teams, and finance professionals to oversee loan disbursements, manage project financing, and ensure seamless funding operations for large-scale solar and wind energy projects. Your insights and strategic execution will directly impact financial decision-making within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing loan draw processes, syndication, and disbursement in collaboration with banks, legal teams, and consultants. Additionally, you will partner with project leads to align CAPEX budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage financial structuring. Evaluating loan agreements, cash flow models, and financial structures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will contribute to cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation for renewable energy projects. Stakeholder engagement is vital, as you will work closely with lenders, external advisors, and internal teams to drive efficient financing solutions. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA or Post-Graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in Project Finance, Credit, or Loan Management. Expertise in loan syndication, credit underwriting, and disbursement processes is essential. A strong understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, deal agreements, and structured finance will further strengthen your profile. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with senior executives, lenders, and project teams.
