Job Description

• Drive loan sales by leading a mid-sized team of field executives
• Work closely with channel partners and aggregators for loan sourcing
• Maintain productivity metrics and ensure monthly business targets
• Coordinate with backend teams for loan approvals and disbursement
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the team
