Loan Setup Specialist - US Residential Mortgage

Job Overview:

• We are seeking experienced Loan Setup professionals with 2-8 years of expertise in US residential mortgage operations
• The ideal candidate must have handson experience with MSP Encompass and Black Knight tools, along with exposure to payoff processing, initial documentation, indexing, and deed agreements
• This role requires immediate joiners who are open to working night shifts and can ensure seamless loan setup processes with accuracy and compliance
• Key Responsibilities: Perform loan setup activities for US residential mortgage portfolios
• Utilize MSP Encompass and Black Knight tools for accurate loan boarding and documentation
• Handle payoff requests, initial documentation, indexing, and deed agreement processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity
• Deliver highquality output within defined timelines and service level agreements
• Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
• Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of US residential mortgage loan setup processes
• Proficiency in MSP Encompass and Black Knight tools (mandatory)
• Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to dynamic client requirements
