About the Role We are looking for a Loan Operations Specialist who will handle loan processing, servicing, documentation, and compliance activities. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an understanding of banking/loan operations. Key Responsibilities Review and process loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Book and fund new loans in the core banking system. Monitor payments, renewals, extensions, and modifications. Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies. Maintain accurate loan records, reports, and audit documentation. Respond to queries from customers, loan officers, and internal teams. Prepare regulatory and management reports. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors/Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred). 1–2 years of experience in loan operations, banking, or financial services. Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance (RESPA, TILA preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and loan servicing software. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
