Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Loan Sales & Negotiation Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with customers, negotiating competitive interest rates, converting approved loans, and ensuring smooth disbursement processes. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in loan sales, interest rate negotiation, and customer relationship management, especially in a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact potential customers and explain loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms.

· Negotiate interest rates with customers to maximize conversion while maintaining profitability.

· Convince customers to proceed with approved loans by addressing concerns and offering competitive deals.

· Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan disbursement.

· Maintain accurate customer records, loan details, and follow-ups for pending documentation.

· Stay updated on market loan rates, lender offers, and competitor pricing to improve negotiation strategies.

· Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

· Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Knowledge of loan products (auto loans, personal loans, business loans, etc.).

· Basic understanding of DSA operations and loan disbursement process.

· Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in loan sales, interest rate negotiation, or financial services.

· Experience in DSA, NBFC, or bank loan sales preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
