Job description:

Prior experience in selling small-ticket loans, preferably in EdTech or Consumer Durables sectors.

1. Strong communication and convincing skills.

2. Fluency in South Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam) is an added advantage.

However, Telugu is a must.

3. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.

4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

5. Capable of handling collection cases efficiently and professionally.

6. Excellent multitasking skills with a proactive approach to client interactions.
