Job Description

J ob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor to support mortgage and loan operations, including deal closing, processing drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and rate-fixings. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely loan servicing and reconciliation activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Adhere to established Quality & Quantity SLAs . Ensure 100% compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls . Process transactions including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre-payments, funding, rate-fixings, fees, external payments, and interest collections . Perform Nostro and Past Due reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise with internal departments and external contacts , including borrowers, banks, and agents . Follow up promptly with customers/agents for any missing notifications or documentation . Maintain attention to detail for accurate document processing and data entry. Support deal closings and life cycle events across various loan products. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 6 months to 4Years of relevant experience in the financial services industry . Basic understanding of business financial statements, cash flow analysis , and various loan types. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to handle large data sets. Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines and business goals. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and issue resolution. Preferred candidate profile
