Conduct thorough credit checks on borrowers using various databases such as Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. Verify income documentation through tax returns, pay stubs, and bank statements. Collaborate with underwriters to resolve any issues or concerns during the loan review process. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer service. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in US mortgage loans processing or related field (freshers welcome). Proficiency in using dropdown menus for data entry and familiarity with Rollout software is an added advantage. Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping purposes.
