Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Loan Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the home loan process while building lasting relationships. You’ll play a key role in guiding borrowers from application to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Evaluate loan applications and financial information to determine creditworthiness.
• Educate borrowers on available loan programs and guide them through the mortgage process.
• Prepare and submit complete and accurate loan files to underwriting.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and closing goals.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, products, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Consultant, or related role.
• Current NMLS license (required).
• Strong knowledge of residential lending guidelines and loan products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with loan origination software (LOS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
