Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist with 6+ years of experience, you will be responsible for handling LoanIQ product support issues, excluding production related tasks. Your role will involve working closely with customers and internal stakeholders as a Customer Advocate. This includes engaging with customers, scheduling meetings, making presentations, and collaborating with Sales and Customer Service Executives (CSEs) to enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and contain customer escalations effectively - Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions - Utilize your strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships - Utilize your command over English to effectively communicate with stakeholders - Utilize your excellent presentation skills to deliver impactful presentations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in handling LoanIQ product support or strong Syndicated Lending/Loans experience - Excellent communication skills in English - Strong customer service orientation Note: Candidates with strong Syndicated Lending/Loans experience will also be considered, in case they do not have specific LoanIQ experience.,
