Job Description

As a Home Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, educate customers, and assist them in applying for home loan products offered by banks and NBFCs. You’ll act as the key link between customers and lending institutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, or digital platforms Explain various home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation process Understand customer financials and suggest suitable loan options (e.g., new home loan, balance transfer, top-up, etc.) Help customers complete application forms and collect required documents Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing and disbursement Follow up with customers and institutions for timely closure Meet monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships Stay updated with latest home loan schemes, interest rates, and policies
