We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our DSA office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with loan advisors/agents, ensuring compliance, and supporting business operations to help drive loan processing and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the DSA office Supervise support staff and coordinate with sales/loan advisors Monitor loan application processing and documentation Maintain records of client leads, loan files, and partner bank communications Liaise with partner banks and NBFCs for application tracking and issue resolution Ensure timely submission of loan files to banks/NBFCs Handle client queries and route to the appropriate department

As a Home Loan Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, educate customers, and assist them in applying for home loan products offered by banks and NBFCs. You’ll act as the key link between customers and lending institutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, or digital platforms Explain various home loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation process Understand customer financials and suggest suitable loan options (e.g., new home loan, balance transfer, top-up, etc.) Help customers complete application forms and collect required documents Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing and disbursement Follow up with customers and institutions for timely closure Meet monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships Stay updated with latest home loan schemes, interest rates, and policies
