Loan Counsellor

As an Associate Loan Counsellor at Collegedunia, your main responsibility will be to work with the Loan Team in order to achieve monthly targets. You will have the opportunity to work directly with students, addressing their loan queries and issues over calls or online meetings. Your role will also involve handling the loan case of students from end to end, ensuring a seamless process for them. You should be comfortable with handling a high volume of calls, averaging 70-80 calls per day. Additionally, you may be required to assist with any other tasks assigned by your Manager.
