We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Home Loan Sales Executive to be stationed at a developer site. The role involves approaching walk-in clients, explaining home loan eligibility, and guiding them through the complete loan application process. Candidates should have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to convert leads into successful loan applications.
Key Responsibilities: Educate clients on home loan products, eligibility, and application process. Assess financial documents to determine loan eligibility. Assist clients with loan applications and documentation. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to process loans. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferred). Experience in home loan sales or mortgage advisory is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of banking and loan products. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
