Job Description

Job Summary:

The Loader/Unloader will be responsible for the timely and safe loading and unloading of dairy products such as milk, curd, and other items. The role ensures that all products are handled carefully, accurately recorded, and dispatched as per route schedules for last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload dairy products from delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
Ensure all products are handled hygienically and kept at required temperature conditions.
Verify and match items with dispatch lists and delivery challans.
Coordinate with warehouse incharge and delivery supervisors to ensure timely vehicle departure.
Stack and arrange milk crates and other products properly in the warehouse.
Report any product damage, shortage, or excess immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and order in loading/unloading areas.
Assist in physical stock counting and inventory checks when required.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols of the dairy facility.

Requirements:

Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry crates or milk cans.
Basic understanding of dairy products handling preferred.
Prior experience in warehouse or logistics preferred (especially in food or dairy sector).
Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to work in night shifts.

Pay: ₹10,810.33 - ₹16,834.23 per month
