Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Load and unload goods, materials, and packages from trucks, containers, or storage areas. Ensure correct placement of goods according to shipment plans or delivery schedules. Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques and/or equipment. Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in the loading/unloading area. Verify item counts against manifests, invoices, or work orders. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatchers to ensure smooth logistics operations. Follow company safety standards and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
