As a software engineer in the QuestaSim R&D team at Siemens EDA, you will have the opportunity to work on core algorithmic advancements and software design/architecture. Your collaboration with a senior group of software engineers will contribute to the final production level quality of new components and algorithms. You will also be involved in building new engines and supporting existing code. Key Responsibilities: - Work on core algorithmic advancements and software design/architecture in the QuestaSim R&D team - Collaborate with senior software engineers to ensure the quality of new components and algorithms - Build new engines and support existing code - Demonstrate self-motivation, self-discipline, and goal-setting abilities for success Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) from a reputable engineering institution with 4+ years of experience - Strong knowledge of C/C++, algorithms, and data structures - Familiarity with compiler concepts and optimizations - Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and guide others towards successful project completion Additional Company Details: Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software, enabling companies worldwide to develop innovative electronic products more efficiently.
