As a software engineer at Siemens EDA working in the QuestaSim R&D team, you will be part of a core team focused on multiple aspects of Simulation. Your role will involve developing core algorithmic advancements, contributing to software design/architecture, and collaborating with a team of senior software engineers to ensure the production level quality of new components and algorithms. Key Responsibilities: - Work on core algorithmic advances and software design/architecture within the QuestaSim R&D team - Collaborate with senior software engineers to ensure high-quality production level of new components and algorithms. - Self-motivation, self-discipline, and the ability to set personal goals and work consistently towards them in a dynamic environment are crucial for success in this role. Qualification Required: - B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) with a minimum of 4 years of experience. - Strong proficiency in C/C++, algorithms, and data structures. - Familiarity with compiler concepts and optimizations, experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and guide others towards successful project completion.
