Job Description

Job Title: LLM Engineer
Education:BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Experience: Total: 4+ Years Relevant: 1+ Years Joining Location:Bangalore Skills 1. Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks for natural language processing. 2. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, attention mechanisms, and model fine-tuning on open-source models. 3. Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, Sagemaker, AWS Step Functions. 4. Experience with open-source LLMs and fine-tuning these models for task-specific needs. 5. Strong knowledge in developing RAG-based pipelines using frameworks like LangChain & LlamaIndex. 6. Experience with embeddings that combine text, image, and other data types for a holistic representation, enabling models to understand and process information across modalities. 7. Proficiency in training and fine-tuning models that can handle both text and visual inputs, integrating tools like CLIP or similar models. 8. Knowledge of deploying LLMs on cloud-based GPUs, with optimization for cost and latency. 9. Understanding of Knowledge graph database. 10. Solid working knowledge of the engineering components essential in a Gen AI application, including Vector DB, caching layer, chunking, and embedding

Mandatory: Proficiency in fine-tuning open-source language models and deploying them on cloud infrastructure with GPU support.

Desired:
1. Deep understanding of NLP techniques and embedding retrieval for efficient information retrieval and response generation. 2. Hands-on experience with Hugging Face models, including model customization and application of LangChain and LlamaIndex frameworks. 3. Skills in implementing agentic approaches to optimize LLM interaction and task completion in conversational AI. 4. Skills in adapting and deploying efficient small language models(SLMs) for use on edge devices with limited computational resources, like Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
