Role Overview: As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus will be to provide post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base. You will act as a customer advocate, resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels. Additionally, you will address technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services. Serving as a key point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships with Support, as well as providing guidance to internal Oracle employees on various customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers - Resolve non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means - Address technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services - Interface with the customer's IT staff regularly, either on-site or remotely - Resolve moderately complex technical problems related to installation, maintenance, use, and repair/workarounds for Oracle products - Utilize independent judgment to perform varied and complex job duties - Serve as a project lead and provide general guidance to management - Work with customers independently, demonstrating exceptional communication skills - Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction consistently - Advise management on progress and status Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred - Minimum of five years of related experience - Highly experienced in some Oracle products and multiple supported platforms - Ability to work independently with customers - Excellent communication skills - Experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools is crucial (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
