About the Role

Linux Administrator (L3)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  end-to-end administration

  of RHEL (7/8/9) environments.
• Manage

  server patching, upgrades, and performance tuning

  to ensure system reliability.
• Implement and support

  High Availability solutions

  using Pacemaker / PCS Clustering.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across large-scale infrastructures (2000–3000+ servers).
  
• Develop and maintain

  automation scripts

  using Shell and Ansible to optimize daily operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure stability and scalability.
  
• Provide

  on-call and night shift support

  as part of rotational schedules.
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and compliance with security standards.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on expertise with

  RHEL 7/8/9

  administration.
• Deep knowledge of

  troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization

  .
• Advanced exposure to

  High Availability clustering (Pacemaker / PCS)

  .
• Proven experience in managing

  enterprise-scale environments

  with 2000–3000 servers.
• Proficiency in

  Shell scripting

  and

  Ansible automation

  .

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to

  OpenShift

  or other containerization technologies.
• Experience with

  hybrid cloud or virtualization environments

  .
• Knowledge of

  ITIL processes

  and structured incident/problem management.
