Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in PowerShell AIX Administration and RedHat Linux Administration. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and possess strong English language skills. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Responsibilities Lead the administration and maintenance of AIX and RedHat Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Oversee the development and execution of PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AIX and RedHat Linux environments ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system administration and security. Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations procedures and policies. Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. Train and mentor junior team members on system administration tasks and best practices. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical system issues. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve hardware and software issues. Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance and security. Qualifications Possess strong experience in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks. Have extensive knowledge of AIX Administration to manage and maintain AIX systems effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in RedHat Linux Administration to ensure the smooth operation of Linux environments. Exhibit domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to understand and address industry-specific requirements. Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken to interact with team members and stakeholders. Have a proven track record of working in rotational shifts to provide round-the-clock support. Certifications Required Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) IBM Certified System Administrator - AIX
