Job Description

Role Overview: As a Jr. Engineer in the Process Quality Nox sensor line department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the daily processes, monitoring the quality of products, and resolving any quality concerns that may arise. Key Responsibilities: - Daily release of processes and monitoring internal process rejections (NCC1) and First Pass Yield (FPY) - Preparation of quality alerts and performing containment actions - Updating LIB (Logistic Information Base) records - Resolving quality concerns and monitoring the overall quality of the production line - Reacting to Jidoka stops, recording them, and capturing deviations in an action plan - Verifying action plans and communicating temporary actions to the concerned team - Proper handling of non-confirming (NC) products and ensuring proper data capture for further analysis - Communicating NC products to the team and managing block stock - Following up for decisions on NC parts - Reviewing and monitoring gauge calibration, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and layout plan - Conducting product and Layered Process Audit (LPA) audits Qualification Required: - Diploma, B.Tech, BE in Mechanical or Electronics - 2-3 years of relevant experience (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description) Role Overview: As a Jr. Engineer in the Process Quality Nox sensor line department, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the daily processes, monitoring the quality of products, and resolving any quality concerns that may arise.
